Zest2Change’s founder, Benaifer Patell, had a clear aim when she set up her hypnotherapy business: to listen carefully to what clients wanted to achieve and offer the self-help tools and techniques to discover the resources within to effect the changes important to them and help re-focus on a brighter future.
‘It’s all about relationships and building trust and rapport when working with people, listening to what they need and helping them to focus their mind on what they want to achieve – and then really go for it,” said Benaifer.
‘My work is to help people appreciate the vast resources they have within them and equip them with the self-help tools and techniques they need to let go of the past and look forward to a brighter future.
‘I’ve had many years of experiencing change in business, be it through investment, running business projects or being part of an organisational merger and I have learned to embrace change and seize the opportunities that it brings.
‘Human nature likes the familiar and often sees change as a threat to our survival, so our instinct is to resist change. Hypnotherapy is a natural progression from that – but this is about helping individuals to embrace change and achieve their desired goals.
‘That’s why my business is called Zest2Change. It’s about bringing energy and enthusiasm to changing the aspects of your life that you want to change. It’s about learning to let go of the past and focus on the solutions, harnessing the power within you to make those changes and to be in control of your future.
‘It’s about helping you to relax and allow your own mind to steer you on a new path. Above all, it’s about me listening to what you need to change and, through hypnotherapy, gently guiding you to focus your mind on what needs changing and to help you achieve that.’
